We meet at the Westmill Community Centre, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, on Fridays 10:00 am – 16:00pm, where we provide them with an enriching experience and information on how to promote their mental and emotional wellbeing, offering a range of structured activities outside of their normal routine.

This includes seated exercise classes, memory games, bingo, Domino, Quizzes, Raffle, Reminisce Sessions, and Socialising. We have yearly trips to the seaside, Markets, museums, and Safari Parks. We provide a  hot nutritious meal. We work with different organisations the Community police, Hitchin Fire and Rescue, Diabetes UK, and The Red Cross Association, we worked with HCF organising a series of Dementia workshops and Marie Claire Cancer Association.

The luncheon club Provides stimulating activities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with the purpose of offering a service that enables members to socialize, establish and maintain friendships as well as be a source for cultural support and advice.
